Forget Me Not Club
Through the “Forget Me Not Club,” it is possible to bequeath donations through wills or estates designating Alzheimers Aid Society of Northern California as beneficiary. You also have a choice as to where your contribution dollars go, either directly to Alzheimers research or to the general fund, but please indicate your preference.
Contributions to the “Forget Me Not Club” offer the contributor or the contributor’s designee’s name engraved on a permanent plaque on display in the Sacramento office. Your donation entitles the designee to one of the following listings:
Silver Plaque $500-$999
Bronze Plaque $1,000-$9,999
Gold Plaque $10,000 +
Keep your tax deductible contribution dollars local by donating specifically to the: Alzheimers Aid Society of Northern California.
Memorials
Memorials are gifts of love, meant to honor a loved one, to note a special occasion, or to memorialize a friend or a family member. Your gift enables us to continue to help others.
When making a memorial or honoraria donation, please:
