WHAT:
Perhaps the most unique event you will enter this year. Our 1st Annual Alzheimer’s Aid Society Memorial 5k Run/Walk and ¼ mile and ½ mile kids’ fun runs start and finish at the highest point in the City of Sacramento – in beautiful East Lawn Memorial Park in East Sacramento.

Time Race Day Registration: 7amKids’ ¼ Mile (ages 5 & under): 8:10am / Kids’ ½ Mile (ages 6-8): 8:15am
Kids’ ½ Mile (ages 9-10): 8:20am / 5k Run/Walk: 8:30am
Course:
One of the fastest and scenic 5k courses you will ever run. Starting at East Lawn Memorial Park, our route traipses through the fabulous forties neighborhood on M Street before returning to the Park for one gorgeous, nal-mile loop to the finish at the highest point in Sacramento.

Custom T-shirt, refreshments, music, awards, random prizes, ChampionChip timing
Age Divisions:
12 & under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-24, 5yr. increments to 80+
Awards:
Awards ceremony to follow the event at 9:45am. Prizes for overall winners and top three nishers in each age division. All kids in the Kids’ Fun Runs receive medals. First place boy and girl in each race receive plaques.
