Support Groups In Your Area
The Alzheimers Aid Society currently has 24 support groups that meet monthly. These groups are primarily designed for caregivers and those who want to learn more about Alzheimers disease. The groups provide an opportunity to share experiences with particular problems. They also provide information about resources available in the area. These support groups are facilitated by volunteers who have been with the Alzhiemers Aid Society for many years.
Something magical happens when people who share similar situations get together in a support group.
